City Clerk

Purpose

The City Clerk maintains and provides access to official records of the City and City Council meetings; preparing and maintaining the minutes of all Council Resolutions, City Ordinances, agreements and contracts.

The City Clerk handles all claims against the City. To file a claim against the City, please submit the Claim Form.
