Meetings
The commission shall fix the time and place for regular meetings to be held not more than once per month, except for duly noticed special meetings.
Members
The Creative Winona Commission consists of nine members who serve three-year terms, and are appointed by the mayor, with approval of City Council. Members are overseen by Director of Recreation Services, Laura Hoberg.

Overview
The Creative Winona Commission exists to advise the City Council on the implementation of the Winona Arts and Culture Strategic Plan, and to advance arts and culture to foster the growth of:
- entrepreneurialism
- outdoor recreation
- arts and culture within the City
The Commission’s focus shall be on arts creativity to assist in the growth of the economy, attract and retain a talented workforce, and enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors.
