Work Session Notice

The Winona City Council will hold a Work Session on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, to discuss the following topics:

  • Proposed restructuring of the John Latsch Memorial Board and the Winona Athletic Board; and
  • Public Purpose Expenditures and how expenditures within the annual budget meet the Statutory Requirements.

This meeting is open to the public.
