Parks Avenue will be under construction beginning Monday, May 6th until May 24th for the City’s bituminous mill and overlay project. Traffic is discouraged from the north parking lot entrance of the hospital to Parks Avenue at Highway 61 & Parks Avenue at Mankato Avenue . The work is anticipated to be completed within 3 weeks.
During this time there will be a transit detour for the Manktoa East Corridor Route.
