NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Election will be held in the City of Winona, Minnesota, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the polling places designated below, for the purpose of electing candidates for the following offices:
Federal Offices
- U.S. President and Vice-President
- One U.S. Senator
- U.S. Representative for District 1
State Offices:
- State Representative- District 26A
State Constitutional Amendment:
- Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund Renewal
Judicial Offices:
- Minnesota Supreme Court –Chief Justice
- Minnesota Supreme Court –Associate Justice 5 and Associate 6
- Minnesota Court of Appeals- Judges 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 14
- 3rd District Court- Judges 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 19, 20, and 24
County Offices:
- Winona County Commissioner District 4
- Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisors- Districts 2, 3, and 5
- County Question: Local Option Sales and Use Tax for Funding New Jail

All registered and eligible voters of the City are entitled to vote at said election within the respective wards and precincts in which they reside. Any one who is unsure as where to vote is encouraged to call the Winona City Clerk’s Office at 457-8200, or the Winona County Auditor’s Office at 457-8830.
