The City of Winona’s Creative Commission is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations with demonstrated experience in facility and use planning to develop a facility use plan for the Historic Masonic Temple. The completed process will result in design and service guidelines to effectively activate the facility.
Contract Award Amount: $35,000
