The City of Winona is accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to plant trees on City-owned properties and within the public right-of-way during the 2026 planting season.
Specifications and requirements are available from the Public Works Department and will be furnished at no cost upon request. They can also be accessed on the City’s website.
Submission Instructions:
All proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office by 4:00pm on Friday, January 7th, 2026, either by email at cityclerk@winonamn.gov or by hard copy delivered or mailed to:

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive irregularities, informalities, or technicalities; request additional information; negotiate with proposers; and select the proposal determined to be in the City’s best interest at the City’s sole discretion. Final approval of the selected proposal will be made by the City Council.
