The Winona Friendship Center is currently undergoing a major heating, ventilation, and airconditioning update that is projected to take approximately 8-12 months. During this time, all programs, services, and staff offices have been temporary relocated to alternate City facilities.:
- Director of Recreation, Advocacy and the Chore Corps will be located at City Hall (207 Lafayette Street). Current hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Admin staff and several programs including most fitness classes will be at the East Recreation Center (210 Zumbro Street). Facility hours are 7:30am-4pm. Coffee and Star Tribune newspapers are available at this site.
- Active Wellness Center and staff will be at Lake Lodge (113 Lake Park Drive). Facility hours are 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Coordinators, students, and additional staff will be seen at Lake Lodge, East Recreation Center, and more.
