Filings for candidacy for City of Winona Offices to be voted on at the next Municipal Election will open Tuesday, May 21, 2024, and will close Tuesday, June 4, 2024. (Please note City Offices will be closed on Memorial Day, May 27, but petitions may be signed on this day.) Filings will be accepted for the following offices:
Mayor Four Year Term
Councilman/Woman 1st Ward Four Year Term
Councilman/Woman 3rd Ward Four Year Term
Councilman/Woman* At Large Four Year Term
*(Candidate must reside in 3rd or 4th Wards)
Filings for candidacy are to be made in the Winona City Clerk’s Office, Third Floor, City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street. Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. before Memorial Day, and 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. after Memorial Day. The filing fee is $40.
