On Monday, November 18, Mayor Scott Sherman recognized Josh Horeck for being named the Minnesota Cycling Association Head Coach of the Year for 2024. Josh's passion for cycling is contagious and he is known for his kindness and leading by example. He is a coach dedicated to riding and learning and often asks, "What did you learn today?" He supports those who want to race, but his personal goal is to get kids on bikes and foster a lifelong love for cycling.
