The City of Winona is hosting public informational meetings to explain the details, answer questions, and how to sign-up regarding the All-Inclusive Home Rehabilitation Program funded by the MN Housing Impact Fund. These funds ($544,920) are to assist owner-occupied households, who have a yearly combined gross income at or below $89,500 and reside within the Winona city limits, in making home improvements. If you are interested in the program, please attend an informational meeting in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., or 5 p.m.
The City of Winona will begin accepting applicants on a first-come, first-serve basis on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Homeowners can call (507) 457-8250, email to aklein@winonamn.gov, or sign-up in person at City Hall, Room 210, 207 Lafayette Street.
All owner-occupied households with an annual income at or below $89,500, including women, minorities, seniors, veterans, and persons with disabilities interested in participating in the All-Inclusive Home Rehabilitation Program are highly encouraged to attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., or 5 p.m. and sign-up on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
Applicants will not be accepted prior to Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
