The City of Winona proactively pursues grant awards from various funding opportunities. As funding becomes available, staff administers awarded grants for a variety of housing and commercial property rehabilitation programs by providing financial assistance to homeowners and also commercial property owners.
The City of Winona supports Fair Housing and is currently accepting applications for the Emergency Loans Program.
