Confined Space Notification Form

The Winona Fire Department provides confined space rescue services to individuals and businesses within the City of Winona and, when requested, to surrounding areas. In order to improve the department’s preparedness for potential rescue situations, the department provides a confined space notification form that can be submitted to provide information about upcoming entries. 

Upon submission of the form, a notification is sent to on-duty staff and department supervisors with the information provided. This does not send crews to the entry location, but they will be able to review and preplan a response in case something happens. You will still need to call 911 if help is needed during the entry.
