All who live, work, and play in Winona are invited to submit responses to the City of Winona’s Housing Preferences Survey. This is an opportunity to share how you would like to integrate housing into our community.
The 2045 Comprehensive Plan adopted in May, 2024 provided clear guidance for additional housing in Winona.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will be supplemented with in-person events to be announced at a later date.
The survey will be live until Monday, January 5, 2026.
