4. City of Winona Parks and Recreation Athletic Field & Facility Reservation Form
   This reservation form should be used for athletic practices, games, and tournaments.
6. Policies & Procedures
   The athletic fields and facilities within the City of Winona are provided for the leisure time pursuits of City residents. Certain rules and regulations are needed to ensure the proper use and control of facilities so that high quality fields exist for the participants. Field users must comply with City Ordinances and Parks Rules and Regulations. Due to the limited number of fields and the high demand for field use, priority will be determined based on the following information that outlines the timeline and priorities used by the City's Parks and Recreation Department.
8. Scheduling Timeline
   Athletic fields and facilities are available for play beginning early April through the end of October (depending on weather.) The City's Parks and Recreation Department reserves the rights to delay, suspend, or cancel field use for any reason deemed appropriate by the department. Reservations are prioritized in the following order: Winona Parks and Recreation needs, public and private schools, colleges and universities, club and non-profit groups and non-resident teams and events. Spring and Summer Athletic Fields and Facilities application(s) are due by the second week of February. Approved permits are sent out to user groups the first week of March and must be signed and returned within five business days. Spring and Summer Athletic Fields and Facilities application(s) are due by the end of the first week of February. Approved permits are sent out to user groups the first week of March and must be signed and returned within five business days. Fall Athletic Fields and Facility Reservations are due by the end of the 2nd week of July. Approved permits are sent out to user groups the first week of August and must be signed and returned within five business days.

    Gabrych Field/Maynard Johnson Field 1 
    Daily Fees: $32.00/hr or $180.00/day
    Club/Non-Profit (Tax Exempt): $29.73/hr. or $167.25/day

    Bambenek Fields 2-6, Clinic Field, Dacota Field, Lions Fields
    Daily Fees: $27.00/hr. or $78.00/day
    Club/Non-Profit (Tax Exempt): $25.09/hr. or $72.47/day

    Soccer Complex
    Daily Fees: $27.00/hr. or $78.00/day
    Club/Non-Profit (Tax Exempt): $25.09/hr. or $72.47/day

    Tennis Complex
    Daily Fees: $13.00/hr. or $51.50/day
    Club/Non-Profit (Tax Exempt): $12.11/hr. or $47.97/day
