2. ERC Birthday Party Form

4. All party package options include a 3-hour block of time for the party (including set-up/decorating and clean-up) as well as access to the facility kitchen, refrigerator, and freezer during the party.  Package fees include up to 12 kids and the birthday child.  Parties larger than 12 will be charged $10.00 per child, no additional charge for adults. Dates and times are based on facility and staff availability.  Payment for base package is due in full upon confirmation of party. Any additional fees will be assessed after party.
