Please contact the Winona Police Department if you have lost property and it was turned into the Police Department.
Once a case has been disposed and evidence can be returned to the owner, the owner should contact Evidence Property Manager Johnson. An appointment will need to be made with Johnson prior to evidence/property can be returned.
Evidence Property Manager Johnson works primarily Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Arrangement’s can be made through Johnson for property to be returned to the owner outside of these work hours.
