City Administration

City Manager

The city manager shall be the chief administrative officer of the city. He/she shall be chosen by the council solely on the basis of his/her training, experience, and administrative qualifications and need not be a resident of the city at the time of his/her appointment.

City Clerk

The City Clerk maintains and provides access to official records of the City and City Council meetings; preparing and maintaining the minutes of all Council Resolutions, City Ordinances, agreements and contracts.

Community Development
