2045 Comprehensive Plan Adopted May 6, 2024
The 2045 Comprehensive Plan was approved by the City Council on May 6, 2024. The Comprehensive Plan establishes a vision for growth and development in the City of Winona over the next 10 to 15 years. The Comprehensive Plan covers 12 topics, including land use, housing, economic development, transportation, downtown, and more.
